Civic Virtue Series @TAKODA Shaw 2/19/26

TAKODA - Shaw - 2nd Floor

The +MPU DMV Brickyard is hosting a year-long series of events focused on the civic actions that strengthen local and national cohesion – what we call civic virtues.

Each event held around the D.C. area will feature a structured conversation about a particular civic virtue, from voting to volunteering. We will create space for meaningful dialogue, self-reflection, and productive disagreement about what we as Americans can do to make our collective lives better.

Come join us! Food and drinks will be provided. We’re stronger together – brick by brick.

About the DMV, Washington Chapter

Washington, D.C. has always been a place of compromise. Born as the beating heart of American democracy, D.C. has long been a symbol of what we can achieve when we come together, and what can go wrong when division takes the place of connectedness in our communities.

The D.C. Brickyard is led by Ben Bain and Ryan Smither.
