We are seeking exceptional leaders to build and lead local Brickyard chapters across the country. We’re looking for highly motivated, well-connected, entrepreneurial Americans who have dedicated their lives to serving others and are ready to continue making a difference in their communities.
Whether you served in the U.S. Armed Forces, federal, state, or local government, the Foreign Service, law enforcement, public safety, education, or the nonprofit sector, your experience has prepared you to lead.
As a Brickyard Leader, you won’t simply volunteer; you’ll help build a lasting civic institution in your community. You’ll bring people together through meaningful social events, hands-on community service projects, and civic engagement activities that strengthen relationships, foster trust, and inspire active citizenship. You’ll have the opportunity to create a welcoming space where veterans, civic leaders, young professionals, and community members connect across backgrounds to solve local challenges and build stronger communities. You’ll receive training, support, resources, and a national network of fellow leaders committed to restoring trust, strengthening neighborhoods, and developing the next generation of civic leaders.

Applications to start a new Brickyard chapter will be reviewed on a rolling basis. If selected, The Brickyard team will provide onboarding, resources, and guidance to help you get your local chapter started.
