❤️ Heart Smart & Ready to Respond: First Aid + CPR Refresher

Princess Anne Public Library

❤️ Heart Smart & Ready to Respond: First Aid + CPR Refresher 🥗 February reminded us to take care of our hearts. March challenges us to fuel them well for National Nutrition Month. Now it’s time to make sure we know how to respond when it matters most.  Join us for a First Aid & CPR Refresher Course designed to build confidence, refresh lifesaving skills, and bring our community together.

💲Cost: $25
(Pay at the door: cash, Apple Pay, or CashApp)

This refresher course does not include certification. However, if you’d like to earn official certification, the trainer will be happy to coordinate an extended version with you for an additional fee.

And because connection matters too — join us afterward for lunch and conversation at 1:00 PM at a nearby local restaurant (on us!) 🥪 ✨

Come brush up on critical skills, invest in your health, and share a meal with good people. Healthy hearts. Healthy habits. Stronger community.

About the Hampton Roads Chapter

Across cities and towns just like yours nationwide, we serve our communities by starting with bringing different neighbors together for events centered around Service, Social Gatherings, and Civics.

By rolling up our sleeves side-by-side, we can begin to see that we have more in common than what divides us; that first and foremost we are fellow Americans with a common love for our families and communities.

These Chapters – also known as our Brickyards – are mobile places for neighbors to connect and solve local problems. We do this through respectful and open conversations, and to find higher ground as we work together brick-by-brick.
