Cary Hair

Cary Hair is a Boulder, Colorado Brickyard Captain and embodied coach at caryhair.co.

Spent twelve years at CrossFit Inc. during its growth from 1,500 to 17,000 gyms worldwide — building affiliate networks, leading company-wide initiatives, and creating Roundtables, a global program that trained hundreds of facilitators to hold space for authentic dialogue. Was the connector, the switchboard, the guy who built communities everywhere he went. Also the guy who had no idea how disconnected from himself he actually was.

Becoming a father changed things. So did losing a friend to suicide, getting laid off, and a retreat where people half his age saw the sadness he’d been carrying. From there: therapy, embodied work, and a slow return to something steadier.

Completed his Embodied Coaching certification through Humanity Shared. Works one-on-one and in small groups with people navigating identity shifts, pattern change, and the hard, quiet work of turning inward. Runs a Community Men’s Group in Boulder.

Life is still beautifully messy. The difference is he’s actually here for it now.
