Jen Juarez

Jen Juarez is a Philadelphia, PA Brickyard Leader and Regional Lead for K–12 Continuous School Improvement, partnering with schools across Pennsylvania to help every student thrive. She believes in the power of stories—whether through her lifelong love of reading, her work turning data into narratives that inspire change, or her conviction that every person’s story matters. Jen’s commitment to service is rooted in personal experience: after living through a devastating flood, she volunteered with Samaritan’s Purse in disaster recovery, working side by side with people from all walks of life to help communities rebuild. Those moments reinforced her belief that real change isn’t about “winning,” but about showing up—for people, for community, and for the work that needs to be done. A Phoenixville resident and mom to two daughters, Jen finds joy in kayaking, exploring history, local theater, and weaving new stories with the people she meets.
