The Brickyard Men’s Group

Come join our local Brickyard for an ongoing men’s group connecting through mindfulness, meditation, and embodiment.

This is a space for men to show up as they are—no performance, no getting it right, and no having it all figured out. We’re wired for connection, but most of us learned early that belonging means hiding the messy parts and that being a man means handling it alone. So we push through, and the gap between who we are on the outside and what we’re actually feeling on the inside just gets wider.

This is a facilitated, semi-structured space to be fully human. Together, we’ll explore topics like perfectionism, self-compassion, the armor we wear, and how we show up in our relationships.

All that’s required: showing up sober, honest, and willing to be uncomfortable. The world doesn’t need more men who have it all figured out; it needs men willing to stop pretending they do.

Food is on us! Please RSVP below if this resonates—especially if you aren’t sure.

About the Boulder Chapter

Across cities and towns just like yours nationwide, we serve our communities by starting with bringing different neighbors together for events centered around Service, Social Gatherings, and Civics.

By rolling up our sleeves side-by-side, we can begin to see that we have more in common than what divides us; that first and foremost we are fellow Americans with a common love for our families and communities.

These Chapters – also known as our Brickyards – are mobile places for neighbors to connect and solve local problems. We do this through respectful and open conversations, and to find higher ground as we work together brick-by-brick.
